I am going to put up a forum for gamers/gambling or some other way to monitize. I am going to pay 2BTC for the winner plus 2% of the price after commissions I receive if I sell the domain. That 1% could be almost nothing or it could be more depending on if and when I sell the domain. This gives you no ownership rights over the domain, just a shot at collecting a little extra for a good job if I have a good payday.

At this point I am quite open. I was attempting to monetize the domain, by getting traffic either through a forum/wiki or other content. |

I've been buying domain names and building forums for about 10 years (I work with IPB). It's very hard to create a forum community without a lot of paid advertising. I don't think you'll make a profit on a domain like 1313.net unless you invest a lot of time and money.  |
