Depends on how fast it goes there
If it was over night, I would sell every one I have because it won't stay there long in that situation. If it took 6 months, then I would do what I do now. Trade with my trading funds and hold the cold stored coins.

One million dollar coin will never happen, but ideally is should reach 3~10 k within few years. I don't have any data that back up my claim but all I could say is that we are on the right path. So if bitcoin ever reaches 1k I will only sell maybe half of my coins.

I would happily swap some bitcoin 1 for 1 with gold ozs.
I might feel differently if and when it actually happens, especially if the reasoning for the move is obvious, but at the moment that would be my move.

If it goes to $1000 then I will sell all as fast as I can and buy back lower. If you are talking of a slow rise then it would depend on the sitaution.

Even when bitcoin price reach $1000
The price will fall down again, because they just want more fiat

I think i just spend few of my bitcoin & hold the leftover while waiting the price raise up more

Like it fell down to $100?

It depends on the situation. If its part of a big rally which takes it to $4000, then it may never go down to $1000 again.

I would hold. Simply because i assume it to go even higher in the long term. (If it rises slowly, that is)
If it rises to that point quickly, i would assume it will be corrected later on, so i would sell high and try to buy back when the price corrects.

I will unload some coins that I bought to get my initial investment back, and the profit in BTC will be sent to my cold wallet.

Everything that goes into my cold wallet will stay there for many many years  Cheesy

Sell out the USD amount that I've bought up to that point and the breakeven point on my mining equipment.

So say I've bought $10 USD worth at $350, if it goes up to $1000 per coin (three times what I bought at) I would sell 1/3 of what I bought, pulling out the amount I had bought with ($10). So I broke even on my investment. Then leave the "houses money" in bitcoin and just let it ride.

Done with this forum. Goodbye all.

I will still continue to hold on to it  Grin
I know there would be a lot of people who would hastily jump on a sell order but ask yourselves, once you sold out your stash, are you sure you can buy back bitcoin at much lower price later on??? Or do you have to fork out more to buy back same amount? Seriously at 1000 bucks level, bitcoin is still considered undervalued. $3000 per btc would be considered a fair price  Cool

I completely agree. I see that those levels should be very realistic in a few years.

What will you do if bitcoin price raise up to $1000 ?
I just curious what most people will do & i want bitcoin price reach at least $1000000

I think i will spend few my bitcoin & hold rest of them  Smiley

Price has already been $1k, i should imagine most of the holders from the last rally and new blood who have bought in are already expecting to see over $1k soon so not many will blink.

If it happened within the next 2 months I would be selling (to buy back later)...

a quick rise to 1000 would be nice but i couldn't see it staying there

Once these ETFs come out and I see how this availability of wealthy new blood takes to the scene and the subsequent affect on the initial pricing, it will determine how I'm thinking about where we could go as far as moon pricing. Furthermore, at that point the craze will have set in and everyone and their brother won't be able to help themselves as panic buying would ensue. This time around, far more people around the world have access to exchanges and ATMs so if is a bubble in the making it could be very large yet I'm not sure if this market is being orchestrated to have a pro-longed bull market or something that just goes violently parabolic again. That's the million dollar question.
