Better be careful, that links to some app which says free talktime, so if he doesn't get it, he will likely not pay.
Better to use an escrow before.

No use. The scammer will create a new account and again try to scam. I cannot get that why members are allowed to sell their accounts as well.

they just create a new one within minutes
