It sounds dumb but this would actually be a great idea.

I would expect them to get pulled off pretty quickly.... and not for the reason that "seems obvious"... it's due to ATM skimmers being freaking tiny these days and stickers are used to camouflage pinhole pin number cameras and possible alterations to the machines. Anything on the ATM raises red flags, the more tech or scam savvy users may peel them off themselves, just to be sure that the machine is safe.

So, if you want them to persist longer, above, around and near ATMs may be a better bet.

I can see that pissing off merchants who actually take BTC, since they probably have a BTC symbol displayed, and appearance of them on random businesses who are not taking BTC will mean people will come to ignore it.

I wish there was some kind of informational pamphlet I could just leave near some ATMs. That would solve both the pinwhole sticker and atm business problems.

Sneakily stuck it next to the types of cards the ATM accepts, wouldbt notice it easily. its been there a day or so now.

Alcohol wipes help with that and anything adhesive. Clean surface = max adhesion.
