Just out of curiousity why would you want to do that. There are some books about them and there training (not in an educative way though)

No way man that's too much work for me, i'm lucky not to break a sweat getting my next beer.
This is what i pay tax for, so other guys can do the training and keep me safe, not for me.

Join the military.  They will pay you while they train you.  Of course they will expect you to go out and kill people for several years...

Also get the same gear they have(weapons, high tech equipments etc) and pray for not being caught.

Seriously, it is impossible because most of the knowledge only can be transmitted from person to person, and cannot be put in some manual

You're right. There's stuff like teamwork and experience you get passed on from trainers that you just can't do yourself.
