What in the actual fuck am I reading (or not reading). Where is this from and can someone roughly translate it?
From what I read it, it should be an ad(?) from the 20's/30's at China. Someone modified it (obviously) to add bitcoin and Obama. The middle part is a rundown on fly-transmitted diseases, and the red letters by the side says " Let's fight the American's biological weapons!" "Let's come together for the patriotic anti-diseases movement"
PS: Not an 100% accurate translation as I'm kinda busy atm, but you guys get the point.
