Sent him via paypal for $30 for sbux $100 card.  he claimed paypal limits the funds and won't have it available till Dec 19th.  now he is silent, no communication.

DON'T BUY FROM HIM!!!

There are many stickies explaining the importance of using escrow but many trades/scams are done without escrow.

Maybe if some kind of warning was put on the marketplace threads explaining the importance of escrow (like the warning that moderators do not remove likely scams) then more people would use escrow and less people would get scammed
