Yes, it is paying.

There have been no issues of defaulting on player's withdrawals as of now.
The war is between Dooglus vs. Ballonbit.

Disclaimer: Don't hold me responsible for anything. This is only my observation. I had played there a few days ago. PLay at your own risk.

And please do NOT deposit more than 0.1BTC in any scenario.

You better find it out yourself in its official thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=869272.0 , it seems like there's a problem regarding payout over there so please beware

probably to prevent you losing more than what you can afford to from a scam rather than from your gamble.

yeah and I think their bankroll is low. They are able to pay 0.1BTC alright. But if you win 100BTC, don't even dream of getting it in your wallet.

Try by depositing a small amount proportionate to the amount you are willing to lose to your bitcoins.

According to the discussion on their casino thread, the site owner got a negative trust for not paying dooglus for a pre-agreed bug bounty. It doesn't imply the casino is not legit, but I would rather play safe.

I'm sure they would have a max bet in place or max profit.

Just means the owner is shady I suppose. Though I am sure he has a reason why he wasn't paid

It doesn't mean that, but its better not to play as one day he might refuse to payout your winnings.
