I don't want to sell this project, that is why I won't accept $200 offer to purchase the software. It is my project, and I plan on getting a website up with it, a server running so everyone can use this software for secure communications.

Yeah, that's just because I got swatted and they broke my door and had to pay for new one. I will however still be paying him back, but I'm just going to be late as I have to deal with IRL issue of being swatted, police, etc.

These sounds kinda familiar excuses for my ears what I've just heard. People just remember to loan ONLY when you KNOW you're going to be able to pay back the loan giver. Do not "thinks when you can pay back" rather "know when you can pay back". There is a big difference. And it's always some catastrophe what happens to happen right when you have a loan ongoing. What a coincidence.
