he mentioned he cant, since paypal places a hold on your funds for 180 days.

its usually happens when paypal suspects with large volume of transactions were suspicious. op, if i were you just call in paypal and explain why they held your funds and say its legit sales.

and most likely want to confirm that account is you as well with proper documentation im pretty sure.

To withdraw the money don't the names have to match? This would essentially make the whole thing pointless because only you can withdraw as it's linked to your name only. I don't think they'll let you withdraw to some random bank account that does not match with the account information.

I can tell you how.  Are you in the states or is the account just in the states?

It will cost you 15% of the balance up front which is cheaper than paying 30-40% on what other people charge.

If it doesn't work I'll refund, but I'll need the login details to verify

that is not always possible, if you did open on a fake name they may ask to get some id first and they can told it even over 180 days if no id verification

PayPal can only see the info you typed in, not the real name on the account. If you used an alias, simply write that name in the bank details area of the withdrawal page and enter the rest of your info as you normally would (account number, routing number, etc)

Most of these big banks do not care if the names match up for deposits, just the account numbers. I tried this with PayPal and Wells Fargo and it worked perfectly.
