What makes a good coin?(New coins)

There is already a thread like this.. But I dont think it is giving enough focus on a new coin.
Its more about how a coin should be after it has been launched and has a community.

What will make you look into a new coin and a possibly join into that community?
Is it some specific features?
Innovation? (SPECIFY)

I look for anything that's not a direct bitcoin clone. Coins with new code bases and features are what I look for. There are already hundreds of bitcoin clones out there.

Yes that makes perfect sense... lets all invest in coins where the people making them are pennyless and cant pay their electric bills

A good Coin is the people behind the Coin and their beliefs and dreams of a better world

Personally I like Bitbay, Dogecoin, Paycoin, Etherium, Storj. And i'm sure there will be many more to come!

When I created that topic I wanted to keep it as generalized as possible because a good coin, whether it is new or established, needs to have certain things going for it.

One thing a coin needs is age. I feel age is very important, but only with a strong dedicated dev team.

It is basically impossible to know if a new coin has a good dev team. There are way too many scam coins created.

So to reiterate, a new coin needs something that only time can fix. AGE!!

Take a look at Saffroncoin.
Price is so low right now. It can only rise .
Dev always delivers. (check the thread ) (not moderated since begining)
