I'll produce quality work for 1 Bitcoin/hour my skills include.

Web developer
Highly fluent web languages include your basic HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Jquery
Highly fluent web logic languages: PHP, Python, (some cases Java)
Highly fluent in SQL database systems such as Postgresql and MySql
*Producing from scratch(or with already made libraries like cakephp) to finish website logic
*Editing already produced PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, or Jquery libraries/code.

Web Design/Styling
*Editing already made produced templates in photo shop
*Editing already made css/style-sheet/html files

More than comfortable with using:
*Skype, email or most other communication channels.
*Bitcoin (for projects and payments Wink
*Being paid in milestones upon completion of the milestone or being paid upon completion of the project.
*Using software that will monitor what I'm working on(Sort of like how some services require software that takes snapshots of your desktop and open programs to make sure the employer is paying the employee for legitimate work hours)

My work includes
*Mining Farm (Web front end to pushpool/mining server)
--Technologies used: Pushpoold, Bitcoind, HTML, CSS, PHP, MySql, Photoshop,

*Cheaper In Bitcoins dot com
--Technologies used: Bitcoin, HTML, CSS, Jquery, PHP, MySql, Photoshop

*Open Collaborative Learning Project ( A JMonkeyEngine project aimed at helping java beginners to learn how JME3 works and how to work in a group setting)
--Technologies used: Java, JMonkeyEngine3

Why so cheap?
Well quite frankly I'm tired of working on long projects that end up never going online and then I end up with no references to lead to potential contracts. Basically I have nothing to show for my skills and I need references so that's why I'm going cheap, I'm risking devaluing my skills and time with references but I think the rewards will outweigh the risks and I fail to find any payments in USD these days.

Can you setup a Linux Distro as a VHD Appliance with a complete and operational Mining Pool, production-ready ?
Basically, something I can throw onto my ESXi server and mount...and use to mine from as a private pool environment ?
(very point-and-clicky as I am a Linux idiot...)
