Do you mean vanity address that starts with a specific keyword ? Otherwise there are lots of offline wallets, among which Bitcoin-QT is the best. |

https://bitcoinpaperwallet.com/^^^this is an online wallet generator and might be risky too. It is better to download bitaddress.org source code and run offline. |

Vanity is probably the best way to go. |

I don't really get the benefit of vanity addresses. They may look cool at the first glance, but not only you need to spend extra time to generate them, you will also need to reuse the addresses which is a bad idea.

There is a software called VanityGen wherein you can create a custom address that you desire to have. Oh, take note that a custom address doesn't mean you can have the whole address customized, only the first 6 characters are possible for customization (for now).
