Hello,
I needed a public opinion on "If they were interested in buying a OpenVPN based VPN in the US or Germany "
The main advantages for USA would be :
OpenVPN's Security
Ability to access Hulu, Pandora and others
Hide local IP address
The cost would be :
0.25 BTC / Month
With :
Unlimited Use
10 Mb/s Network

Let me know, I'm only in need of the Germany link for a few more months, and depending on the lead time it's quicker for me to set up my own server.

There's a VPN provider I use.It's in my sig.The company is HideIpVPN,they offer packages like US/Germany/UK/Canada/Netherlands,etc.With this VPN you do get a static IP address.This is just another option for the Op to look at.
