I will be willing to give out loans[up to 1btc] to established and trusted members. Initial loans will be made to well qualified borrowers INTEREST FREE if repaid within 7 days. Just ask that you leave Trust and tips are welcome. Of course, neither is required.
Guidelines, Criteria and Requirements:
1) Please post all requests in this thread, not via PM's.
2) Loans will not be made for any illegal activity.
3) Minimum 110% Collateral is required. Collateral will be held by one of the trusted escrow options listed below, or other acceptable escrow (escrow fees to be paid by the borrower, if applicable).
4) You must be "Full Member" status or above and have an Activity rating (not posts) greater than 100.
5) You must have a positive Trust rating on this forum.
Please do not apply for my loan if you do not meet any these requirements above.
Finally, you must meet our internal general research and underwriting requirements.
Reserve the right to modify requirements, approve or deny based on comprehensive analysis.

Repayment interest rate increases for loans to be repaid after 7 days, per each loan's agreed to finalized terms...this will typically be 10% or more for loans outstanding more than one week.
