Today the bitcoin fairy visited my mining rig. She sprinkled some magic sparkle dust on it and now it it will be useful for two weeks longer than it was supposed to be... again, for the third time in a row.

Edit: perhaps I should have referred to the ROI Fairy.

yeah by the way  nicehash is their partner  and if you write your pools like this  screen shot you do quite nicely

In this example I use 0.075 for one then 0.074 for the other    normal rate is 0.012- 0.014

If you can not stay on top of your gear you can do p=0.075  for one and then p= 0.500 for the other

Or variations of that.  If  rollover happens boom the second one is still good.  This is a great Christmas present okay Holiday present for us

I thought that they assign payout automatically based on bids.
Do you mean if you set it up as p=0.075 and nobody rents it, it would automatically switch to a second pool?

you can use the auto option

I like to set a price.  so if I list westhash on top and set price at   p= 0.075  if the bottom drops lower it leaves westhash and goes to nicehash  where I may have set the price to p=0.071

I find this is better but to each his own.

thanks. it seems that people are leaving nice for west in droves, but by Fri or sat it will be all over as lowest alive at nice is 0.03BTC/TH right now (much less than three days ago). I got the tail part of it due to late Sp20 order. In any case, cannot order more than one because of the noise (no basement and garage has cars in it)..

My garage is long so I have the workbench at the far end, thus I can fit more about 6  sp20's under it.
 

 yeah the low numbers are about 0.030 right now .
 this is still more then 2.5 normal numbers.  0.012 is close to normal.

well, westhash bid collapsed to 0.011 (crazy range of 0.011-0.13).
i used your technique with p=0.05 and it went "dead" immediately.
nice is still at 0.03 lowest.
I'll give it another 24 hr or so.
