Even if it's possible, what will the whole network gain in that event? Seriously though, without the miners, the transaction can't move along the network and thus disabling the whole bitcoin ecosystem as a whole. Having said that, I doubt it will see reality.

Difficulty adjusts every 2016 blocks.
So even if all others miners are switched off, the difficulty will stay the same and it will take the same time for you to find a new block.
