You will not have any problems with license or something. It is a very good idea and I actually can help develop it (I have VAT registered company called Cryptoventures LTD) and I have no problems to put the name of it behind the coin. Some ideas for the name:

i smell big money but you probably get stuck on first step on that list its not just create a website, you need some badass skills for that
