Since the "official" topic is self-moderated, the so-called bitfury-group is a 0 post account, it might be a good idea to break down and figure out who it is here. Left unmodded so comments can flow freely. bitfury as a company itself has a good reputation, but this new account smacks of scammy behavior until proven otherwise as it has all the hallmarks of a scammer (in this case using a known company as their front). If the account holder can indeed prove they are bitfury by editing their support webpage with their original thread as a link I will lock or delete this post.
