The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

I'm looking to purchase simply 1 BTC with PayPal to establish some credibility on the forum.
I'd prefer to but at MtGox average price as a 1:1 trade.

I have no problem sending as a gift but prefer that you have feedback history as a seller.
You can use my site in sig but it might be out of your price range.

Too high of a markup for me, I just want a small transaction to begin my buyer/seller status.
I never do this but I'll help you out, how about $6.40 for 1 BTC?
