[WTB] VCC for paypal verification

I want to buy a vcc to verify a paypal account as cheap as possible.

I want to reimburse the paypal test charge to make it even cheaper

I know I'm poor  Trying to start from scratch here

If someone wants to offer it to me as a Xmas present I'll be forever grateful

If paypal limits your acc, the will ask for a credit card statment and what you do then ?

What alternative do you suggest?

I can't give my personal data as I'm a minor and also because of that I can't get a real cc.
