With that payment system they have, where you can top up your phone or buy online giftcards and things like that.
Payzone? I think that's it. Can you buy btc from payzone?

You can buy some Ukash there, and sell the Ukash to me for BTC, but it will be like 5 GBP per coin - sorry for the rate, but it costs to convert that.
