Hi folks! After selling, shipping a handful of things for Bitcoin, I decided to build a simple escrow service. What would you want in an ideal escrow service?

Would love feedback on what's there so far, if you'd like to to use it totally free.

Please add your email here and I'll send invites directly:

I think security is of critical importance, people need to feel as safe as possible giving you their BTC. I've come across random people here on the forum offering escrow service without any rep and there is no info about who they are. I mean seriously who in their right mind would give their BTC to a complete stranger who's got "Free Escrow Service" as their signature  Cheesy
Also you need to be available at times when you're supposed to be available, there's nothing more traumatizing than waiting past the scheduled time for your escrow to come online. Good luck!  Smiley

I think, havng multiple people making dispute decisions, would be a new thing for escrows.

I really like this idea. What if disputes were done out in public view?

The escrow service needs to have a preexisting trading history prior to starting their escrow service. You are very new and do not meet this requirement.

Other then that, the next most important feature an escrow service should offer is the ability to be available to handle any transaction at all hours of the day

You should take some time to build your trust on the cryptocurrency community.

I think the most important is having a successful trading history.

Be active, polite, helpful, use correct grammar, etc.

For a newbie it will be very difficult, but not impossible.

Good luck with your service.
