Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

I know mine does - provided you keep it below 35* . Grin

35*? Thats quite generous of you! If you throw them in the deep freeze for 3-4 hours it helps with the tenderness and you dont have to hammer them out as much.
