Other way around man, you need to already have the rep for people to trust you handing out Paypal. The chargeback comes from your end, not theirs in this case...

I understand that, which is why I prefer to do small lots of BTC and am willing to send the PayPal as a gift which then increases my risk. Also have no problem using escrow services for any transaction, I have nothing to hide. I have to start somewhere It would be better if you started with a non-reversible payment method first to build cred and start off at bitcoin-otc too.

I assume starting with a MoneyPak will help out, I'll try that.
Better provide the receipt of the MoneyPak showing it's bought using cash. There is another thread showing chargebacks are happening too with CC: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=89182.0

I could use some more rep and need to sell a few coins. I've traded with BCB several times.
Are you still buying?

PayPal->Bank (Free) Bank->Dwolla (Free) Dwolla->Gox (0.25 dwolla fee) Buy btc at spot

That takes much too long for me. yeah that's the only reason. If you got payments to paypal for example from eBay or something and you want btc now you can't wait 9 business days to get it to gox as the price is about to soar to $14 but now I think btc rises slower than it costs you in paypal fees if you could just be patient you'd get more btc by waiting and less money to paypal which bitcoiners despise
