You could use cellphone as a mini server for setting cgminer and then connect asics to your Android via vnc through a Linux distribution installed along with Android.. This would require a significant knowledge of Android and Linux and asic but for mining with the cellphone cpu is not profitable nor recommended

Not Bitcoins, but you can this new alt coin:

Works off your phone's accelerometer, so if you run in place, shake it, or move alot, you'll see the coin amount go up.


Thats actually hilarious as a concept. I love it.
Of course, I see absolutely  no way that sort of "proof of work" could be secure, but hey, who cares.
