Like I have stated in the OP, the payout process is as follows:

1. Every Sunday evening around 10pm I count the posts for the week for each participant. That is 10pm EST (eastern standard time). I am in Florida, in the US.

2. Everyone who has made the minimum number of posts for that week will receive payment.

3. If you do NOT make the minimum cutoff, your posts will roll over and count towards the NEXT week's post count.

4. Payment is sent within 24 hours of the post count being completed.


** VERY IMPORTANT **

Several times over the past week I have posted announcements in the thread asking all participants to update their signature codes. Even if you think you have the correct code for your member level, please go back and update it. The URL in the code was changed to enable us to better track the effectiveness of the signature campaign.

If you do not have the updated code for your member level in place when I do the post counts later today, you will not be paid for your posts this week and the posts will not roll over to be counted for next week.

Some of you have already updated your sigs (thank you!) but many of you have not. Please make sure to update the code so that you don't miss out on your payout for this week.

NOTE: If you are using your own affiliate URL in your sig code, that is allowed.

Every week, beginning Saturday night (sometimes earlier than that), I start getting emails and PMs from people asking
"where's my payment?" and every week I re-explain the payout process.

I have explained the payout process several times, but let's do it one more time for fun

1. Every Sunday evening around 10pm EST (Florida, USA time) I tally all of the posts. This can take a couple of hours,
since I go through everyone's posts and make sure they are "good" posts, that they have the correct sig code in
place, etc...

2. Once all of the post counts are done, then I start calculating how much everyone is owed and start sending out
payments.

Since step 1 isn't usually completed until well after midnight, I typically don't start on step 2 until the next morning
and it can take up to 24 hours from then for all payouts to be sent.
