Use your backup to create another account. Alternatively, the backup can also be used with one of the alternative wallets, does anyone remember which one?

Just open your backup with a text program (like notepad etc) and copy and import the private keys from it to a more  solid wallet.
I don't trust these online wallets. After importing private keys then move your coins from those addresses to another one...

They are having a lot of issues with 2fa emails and I would guess 2fa sms would be worse. The only things you can do is, keep writing to support and if you get in your account, just transfer your funds or if you already have a back up, just import your keys to any other desktop wallet and move your funds to a safer wallet.

Sometimes SMS 2FA cannot work
Usually, i try to login a day after i can't login

And you can access your BTC from .json file

Yes I had this problem earlier last month wherein my 2fa email authentication mail wasnt being sent. i just waited for a day and then the next day it was working fine  Grin
Alternatively if you need to access your wallet urgently, just import your wallet into a new account.

Hello,
I have this problem now and I don't know how I can solve it.
I have a wallet on blockchain.info but the 2fa email authentication mail wasnt being sent.

How can I solve it?
The blockchain Support doesn't answer and I'm worry because I can't access to my wallet since 10 days ago. Sad
Please help me.

Op, have you tried to use this link: https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=129866
It is a direct way to report your problem to Blockchain support and ask them to disable your 2FA - effectively removing your phone number from your account.
I am sure that some kind of verification will be needed, but I am sure that they will respond to you and fix this issue for you ASAP. Good luck.
