1FsVcdeHbpvUVT3gjeuVR2ZSDnpcsJMsLL is the BTC-e output wallet, I am told. Many scams end up sending to it.

People are greedy and hope to make a quick profit, they will hopefully stop playing once they lost enough time. But once in a while they may win which will push them to keep playing.
