Creating faucet for a few altcoins are easy with FaucetBox but others will be a bit hard as you will have to maintain the payment for each user and all. This script may come in handy : https://github.com/ChristianGrieger/Cryptocurrency-faucet-script - can be used for almost all coins.

Wrong! People still claim mainly Doge and LTC. You will give amount less than BTC in terms of USD/BTC. SO when you earn profit from ads and captchas and others(if any), you will earn profit.

Hello! Are you thinking to connect to your STV wallet to send coins or any other ways? Connecting to STV wallet is better than manual payments. I can help partly and the UI can be done by SpreadBit or he can do both. Just use https://github.com/ChristianGrieger/Cryptocurrency-faucet-script - it has codes to setup RPC connection and stagely payments etc..
