I want to add onto my site a different address for each person that links to my address so I know who sent how much.

You mean, for everytime someone sells you some bitcoins you give a different address for them to send the BTC to you?
Also, can you use php on a weebly site?

So, I guess you would have to use javascript.
The only e-wallet I'm aware of that has javascript buy now buttons is walletbit.com, but they charge 1.49% to receive bitcoin.
