Please check the loan request before you about hash accounts as collateral. It is important that for the duration of the loan the collateral is in no way to be recovered by the part loaning. Also, your trust lvl already raises red flags.

The moreia account was allegedly compromised when it made this loan request and is currently being held in escrow as collateral for another loan.

You might want to rethink your lending practices if you were willing to lend to this user, since you clearly didn't look into the account's history at all.

I can try. Newbie asking for a loan means he will likely not repay. GPU mining is not profitable anymore, this is really even true for most altcoin mining. Even if GPU mining was profitable you would not be able to ROI inside of one month. I am not sure what a CS GO account is however it is probably not worth the loan amount, even if it was you should not lend to someone without collateral in hand.
