If he's a scammer, how come he isn't jailed yet? Huh

Changing jurisdictions (for example, flying to Japan) is one way to avoid that.

This is the second time I've read about Bruce currently being in Japan. Would somebody be so kind as to offer up a source?

I have no idea where he's at now. But last I knew--back after the scandals of last year, and after the revealing of some embarassing information about him, including the warrants--he suddenly showed up in Japan.

You can check old episodes of The Bitcoin Show around that time frame to see when his first broadcast from there was.

If I remember right, he released a video and he was pretty scattered looking.

I thought it was funny.

That was right after he stole(yes I still KNOW he was part of it) the mybitcoin funds.

He tried to look for sympathy on a video cast.

Right after that everyone pretty much schoffed him off.

Do you know this for certain? Because if so, he ran off with 2K BTC of my funds.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.
