I have been using the service for about 2 months now and I have noticed a huge drop off in the payouts. I take payouts in BTC but would like to know what's causing it and if I should stick with it.

Whoever mines the block which ends up containing your transaction will get its fee.

Scrypt mining is pretty much dead, so I wouldn't reinvest anymore into it.  Don't invest any into their SHA256 mining which equally sucks.  Go with AMHASH, I've been getting damn good payments from them and they are the most transparent company so far.

Is there any site that's offering cloud service for it?

I suppose that you're minting with an Altcoin Mining program.
Gold-Platinum or diamond?

<conspiracy>Maybe to the cheaper plans they don't pay more until an angry miner publish something in a forum saying that something suspicious is happening</conspiracy>

I don't know, scrypt profitability is decreasing everyday. Send a message to their Support Team but as what I've said before is what's probably happening  Wink
