That's a kind of a ponzi scheme. Paying old "customers" with the money of new "customers". I think the collateral isn't worth about .17BTC. The problem is that the website A) isn't worth about that money or B) it could be paid with stolen data.

How can you guarantee that I will get my money back? Maybe you have to gather new debts to pay my loan...

There is a PtcEvolution Script not Evolution script
So there is a Great difference between them
The owner of PtcEvolution was Evolution script

But many years ago it was hacked and the owner opened a new script called Evolution script
So a ptc site with having PtcEvolution script is just Useless or Worthless
Try giving any other Collateral
