I have Armory on Linux on offline computer.
I have Armory on Windows on online computer.
I exported "watching only Wallet" from Linux to Windows by USB flash.

I had Bitcoins on an Android device in the purse https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.schildbach.wallet&hl=ru
I had made the transfer from Android purse to Armory purse in Windows.
I did it this way:
1) Press the send button in Android and scan the QR-code by smartphone with screen monitor from the Armory "watching only Wallet" in Windows.
2) I paid the standard fee.
3) I got a 50 proof this operation after some time on the site were blockchain.info

Armory isn't online, you are in some weird state, so it can't display your proper balance. Wasn't there a warning when you grabbed an address to send your coins to that instructed you to get Armory online before sending it coins?

This weird state/country calls Russia.  
Why do you think that has Windows Armory offline?

You used the right address. Bitcoin addresses come with a checksum so you couldn't just have messed up the address and sent your coins to blackhole. As bc.info displays, this address only has one transaction. If the coins would have been stolen, there would 2 transactions, yours funding the address, and one for the thief looting you.

Yet Armory shows neither 1 or 2 transactions, or any number for that matter. It shows 0, so obviously it isn't online.

Now, may it be mother Russia or not, dev tells you what to do, so make that ticket!

- On Armory is written for all that Armory is online;
- Armory fully downloaded chain blocks, Armory build the base, Armory scanned base and Armory told me that everything is fine.

-1- Armor requires disk space at least three times the size of chain blocks.
