I pay +10% on top of Bitstamp rate. Could send first to established members with green trust and good feedback however no more than $250 for first deals. I cover paypal fee. I can send as a personal payment if required. Newbies  or users without trust send first or we use escrow.

Commission negotiable with serious people who can provide bitcoins constantly. Currently i exchange for 16-17% so if you can beat that i am listening.

The thing that matter is the Paypal Chargebacks with which Sent money can be easily Recovered

what prevents you from scam after 4 days passed
how you will prove that it was a invalid paypal transaction and request chargeback
