Webetcoins owes me 12+ BTC.  I tried cashing out over a month ago and they made up some BS about security protocols and processing my cashout.  On top of the fact that they aren't paying me my cashout, I discovered that they were skimming 1.5% from every winning bet that I had.  When I brought this to their attention they said that it was a bug and they would fix it.  Here I sit, 1 month later... no bitcoins.  What a scam!

You should have posted then itself in the scam accusations. There is no reason to delay a cashout. Not worth trying new sites with a big amount. And post proof like txid's to mention your case in the scam accusation thread.

The user on the other hand has...0 (as in zero) posts...before this accusation.
 

What's your excuse to give the user the benefit of the doubt in stead of the site/service?

Don't you can do nothing for take your bitcoin? Allow me only one question, why do you played in a site which isn't popular? but i just from the free 0.005 btc
the terms before cash out from the free btc is to reach 0.03 balance and i'm reach that term and i'm want to try cash out

There were also a few more persons posting in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=391763.msg9737091#msg9737091, claiming to have a problem with their cashouts.

No idea if the claims are valid or not, but I would suggest others to temporarily stop using the site until the situation is more clear.

Oh my gosh. Be aware to deposit there. Cashout problems is the main concern for the gambling site whether they are legit or not.
