Since I actually find this very urgent and I don't find this has anything to do with the ASIC stuff in general I have made a seperate thread for this.
We all see BFL doing a great job of answering questions on the forums wich I really aperciaite.
Though, we all would like to know where we can find any official Terms and Conditions and a Disclaimer on the website of BFL, wich confirm all the 'official' statements, announcements and policies; BFL & BFL-Engineer posted on the Bitcointalk.org forums.

Thanks.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

We should honestly be compiling all the answers together into a sticky thread that everyone can read so BFL has less e-mails fielded their way.

I've learned more from this board than their slow customer service by far.

Yes, make a thread and stick everything they post into it.

I hope this thread doesn't get burried beneeth all other BFL threads.
Like I said, I find this very urgent. I hope BFL will respond since they can make statements on the forums, but to make it legal, it needs to be put on there website.

This should be nice.
Though, it's not what this topic is about.
I hope you understand that.
