These defaulted loans are from mid 2013 I've been hanging onto them like a couple of baseball cards, hoping these rookies would make it big. However, I've given up on these bums. If anyone wants to make an offer, You can take these suckers off my hands.
Opening bid: A smile and two winks.

What state/province are you in? People should only buy debt they can collect.

can you post anything about the stats of the loans? Like the amount owed, if they are in terms of bitcoin or in terms of fiat, etc
edit: .382 is in the title, but was it priced in fiat or bitcoin

If I had to guess the 1st one almost certainly used a stolen/fake identity to verify himself. All he would need is a fake ID and the rest is fakeable to the extent that you are willing to say that your identity is different then what it really is.
The 2nd one is less certain as income was verified although it is still possible to fake income to match your fake identity.
I don't live anywhere near either of these places so I would really not be interested, especially for debt that is that far behind.
HINT: for the future, you might be better off lending via sites like prosper that collect on delinquent debt for you, which means that it makes more sense for the lender to go after a deadbeat, which means that borrowers will have less of an incentive to run away

Yeah - I'm not very good at being a lender. But there is a simple set of rules that you follow to not get bad loans. When you break them, it's gambling. I gambled. I lost. 16 Loans. 13 Good. 3 Bad.

I don't think 13 to 3 is that bad of a track record. My record on proposer is probably worse then that, although I have had some recoveries on bad loans so they weren't a total loss.
On your bad loans did the borrowers end up paying less then three payments? I know for sure the first guy was outright scamming (reputation loan) but the other one may potentislly get a recovery.
Out of curiosity have you overall profited from your lending?

I think it was a break-even, maybe a little bit of a loss - but not much. All offers entertained...

Are you seriously interested and capable of trying to collect these? The only thing that I ask: If you end up collecting, message me and let me know how it went down. I'm even ok with a made up story that involves Bruce Willis, a pipe cleaner and lots of glue.

In all seriousness, I'd be happy to turn it over to the best positioned collector. No winks and smiles...
Bid your ability or at least your attitude.

Quickly checked them both and they seem hopeless.
Bad luck.
