Add this to the list of sites that accept Bitcoin for Gold purchases:

-snip-

This site is also another consideration to use Bitcoin for Gold and Silver:

http://www.bitgild.com/

DO NOT USE COINABUL - HE IS A WELL KNOWN THIEF THAT HAS SOME HOW UNTIL NOW AVOIDED INCARCERATION

Understood, updated my prior post with caveat that it's potential scam.

Have you tried the bitgild site? I have heard of it before but never tried it.
Might do now, that the price is falling.

standard post has 2 week delay because they use post office, if you use fedex/dhl you can get it in 2 days but shipment fee will be 5 times higher. i know because i was considering selling silverware... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=918632.0

btw if you want i can help with silver bar, i just went to the workshop and they sell silver too.

dont ask me about import taxes btw

Pay us a visit at www.ShinyBars.com! ShinyBars is a small business who has been accepting BTC, LTC and Doge for over a year. We have a decent selection of silver/gold and competitive pricing. 95% of orders ship within 2 business days. Currently we ship to the U.S., UK and Canada.

I have purchased thru https://digitaltangibletrust.com/ I can tell you they can be trusted.. They have really taken Bitcoin to the next level.  They deal in only well respected sources and have online wallets and gold smart contracts where you can buy and hold Gold and Silver thru the blockchain. Ask for taariq@digitaltangibletrust.com

Taariq came to us for advice before going into this industry, and we've been working with him ever since. We can also vouch for him being trustworthy.

The only online purchase of bullion I made was with Amagi Metals.
They packed my rounds well and shipped pretty fast.

I heard about them on a podcast and then checked them out for a few days before ordering.
I plan on ordering again from them for what its worth.

Where can I buy silver/gold with BTC?

I'm to lazy to search for sites and most sites seem to have a 1-2 week delivery delay?

Is there any site that doesn't have such a great delay. The site must also be trustworthy of course Tongue

Don't you think its unwise to exchange one commodoty to another? I would save bitcoins i have for now since the price is low. And i would buy gold and more bitcoins with fiat.

Actually, it is not.. There is a chance to buy gold/silver cheaper with Bitcoin rather than to buy with cash/credit card.
