5 percent interest, im looking for .70 btc

Yeah, right. forget it.

a) As per PM, deal is 0.2 + 0.3 (in a few hours, as you seem in no hurry). For full collateral. 10%. Sell order ~0.002 (as writtn in detail before.)
b) I can agree for 0.2 loan. full collateral. 10%. No sell.

Can you please inform me of your acceptance or denial?
Please reply quickly.

I am taking it as a No deal since you are neither accepting nor declining it. Huh

I have to go now. Will come back to check the thread.

For 0.25, and 0.275 in return after a week, I ask for 140 clams as collateral. And I'll sell them if price too close to 2mBTC/each(will return you the difference if I get more than loan+interests).

Can't do better than it.

Going out now, PM me for more details if interested.

I can if you both agree. I have to know where CLAMS is listed, I will be holding it on an exchange.

As far I know CLAMS are listed in Poloniex only:

It is listed on both poloniex and cryptsy. (main exchanges.)
Use poloniex because it has much higher CLAM volume.

This should not be an issue since the CLAMS will be held in escrow and you will receive them after the loan is repaid. If I were you I would rather put a lot more in collateral rather than risk a margin call as these markets tends to be very volatile. To that effect ndnhc's second offer would be my preference.

Draw up the exact terms and conditions for liquidation with your escrow. Make sure to put a clause in where you will get some time to react instead of a forced liquidation, which would give you the option to either put more in the collateral or make other arrangements.

I hope so. But you can never be sure.  Wink
It could hit 0.002 before that, and you could lose it. Happened to me, margin trading btc. Fell, force liquidated, and rose up to 1000.

Please contact redsn0w, Tomatocage or any of the top 5 escrows:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0

terms are: at lest 140 clams as escrow and sell them if the value of the collateral hits near the payment value + interests.

Can't afford other option because clams are too new
