Pyramid scheme works a bit differently from ponzi, though the late "investors" (in fact, they are not investing anything) will get burned in both cases.

Stay away from ponzies. no good.

It's a pyramid scheme. If you invest now and refer a lot of people you might be able to bring a decent return. However, your down-lines may not be able to.
