Cheaper electricity during the night.  Need something that will power on the miners at 7:00pm and power them off at 2:00pm.  Any Ideas??

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Windows or Linux?

You could use a scheduled task on windows or a cronjob on linux to run a batch or shell script respectively.

I'm happy to step you through how to do this.
