P2Pool Setup Error

I am on step 2 (from the http://p2pool.in/ webpage) of attempting to set-up p2pool with my SP-35 miner (running cgminer 4.7.0). I downloaded the Bitcoin Core Wallet (as well as the blockchain) and have set-up my bitcoin.conf file. When attempting to execute run_p2pool.exe, I receive the following error:

I'm not really up on windows, but are you sure you have all the required dependencies installed to run p2pool? If you post this in the p2pool thread, there are many windows users there who will be able to help you get up & running.
