If you were playing 1% bets, losing 15 times at a row is the norm.
If you were playing 50% bets, losing 15 times at a row is rare but not very rare.
If you were playing 90% bets, losing 15 times at a row is extremely rare and is suspicious.

He was probably doing a martingale and ended up having 15 loses in a row which is likely to happen after a while...

I wasn't sure if it was on a x2 but I was looking at primedice's all bets section some time ago.

I have lost 300 times in a row on 10x.
But loosing 50times on 2x is literally insane. Till now i haven't seen this happening on pd. Maximum i saw was 28 loosing streaks. You would have seen someone loosing on a much higher payout.
