I have a western union near me. I would help you sort this out and as you can see my trust rating is good and I am thoroughly reliable.
I can do you paypal as well (I have been doing this for stellar already).

The western union fees will have to come out of your end though. Also I need to have the btc sent first. PM me if you are interested.

Anyways the fee for western union will be paid by me. Charges wont be high

But if you want me to send first then i would like to escrow with the fee coming from your share.
Otherwise I would want you to send the western union and show me the slip. As soon as its here i will send the bitcoin.

I am sorry but its only because we are dealing for a first time.
There are people who i have dealt with before and would be willing to do a trade without issues.

Its always the first one then it becomes easy.
