An alternative to a signature campaign is to put an referral link in your signature. I have one myself and this is allowed by the forum rules. It also means you can post more freely since sig campaigns often have specific requirements for their members. But a sig campaign is overall much better because you generally get more BTC and the income is guaranteed. With an referral link, it is possible to get no income at all. Primedice has an referral program and so does Freebitco.in.

Yup it is the highest pay rate campaign for newbies and jr members (5500 and 8500 satoshi respectively), but it is better to join it after you get 15+ activity as it will make you crazy making 20 posts a week with a 360s posting limitation.

It depends on moderator to judge it, why even wonder? You won't be paid from you campaign if you will be banned while in it.

If you don't find a campaign to join at the early ranks, don't be discouraged. Keep posting on the forum at least once every two weeks and within 3 months you'll be at the member levels that will give you access to the campaigns.
