Looks pretty scammy to me. Did you buy a contract with them?

if you are new , you should always ask around and look for reviews about the site/company before giving away the money

aside from this, it's rather easy to spot those scam site

unless you are part of scam and you are promoting it...i see plenty of newbie that open thread about fancy site and say they got scammed...

I've never heard about this site before, it doesn't have an official thread here on the forum either..., It looks like a scam to me. If their support staff doesn't reply your queries then it's a red flag

For god's sake, this is a wordpress site that reads "just another wordpress site" in the title. The owner didn't even bother to change that.

How much have you been scammed for? I don't know why you asked here in the forum before buying if this service is trusted.

Usually they don't ask if they've been scammed by a site if they're promoting it but sometimes I think they ask if anyone has heard of it to appear impartial, but they also could just be genuine newbs asking out of concern.

Anytime one person has has their first post going to a scam site is really fishy.  There is a good chance it is OP's.

Yup, obvious scam.

Surprisingly they're asking for credit card/ paypal payments not bitcoin, so hopefully OP will get his 'investment' back.

Be triple cautious when dealing with cloud mining.

Most of them are pyramid scams that don't have a single usb miner, waiting the best moment to run with everyone's money

It could be a scam, but I haven't seen definitive evidence of it being one quite yet. Remember to do some research on a site before you proceed to invest into them.
