Do you think we'll ever catch some of the big scammers in the cryptoworld?

I think once we do, we should create a documentary.

Confessions of a Scammer: Early Bitcoin Days

For some reason, I see this happening.

Do you see big scammers of the real world captured and in jail? I am talking about high and mighty business people who scammed thousand of people with their dirty schemes and frauds. I do not see any big fish from financial world in jail. It will be the same with big bitcoin scammers. If you steal really big share you are free to go. You can buy your freedom.

IP Tracking is a bad idea.

That will just push more people on to VPNs, TOR, I2P etc and then every bitcoiner will have a certain range of IP Addresses, finding someone will near impossible then.

True, although all we can really do is hope a hacker makes a mistake, or someone makes a purchase that is speed to their house.

I surely want these scammers be behind bars. If the law of man will not catch them, then let Karma kick their asses.
